CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations or changes to the reservation the cancellation policy will be applied according to the RATE accepted at the time of confirming the reservation, between

Flexible - 7 days: The client can change or cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The client pays the full amount of the reservation if he changed or cancels within 7 days before arrival. The total amount of the stay will be charged for no-shows and early or modified departures during your stay. The client pays the total amount of the reservation 7days before arrival.

Christmas - From 23 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 14 days: The client can change or cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The client pays the full amount of the reservation if he changed or cancels within 14 days before arrival. The total amount of the stay will be charged for no-shows and early or modified departures during your stay. The client pays the total amount of the reservation 14 days before arrival.

For all reservations: There is no refund for cancellations or changes during holidays, sickness, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, due to hurricanes or natural events and any inconvenience this may cause, for any weather condition.

After the first night if a customer does not arrive, it is a NO SHOW reservation and the room is free to sell, if a customer arrives a day later or more, the reservation is no longer active.

Customers renting a room accept and undertake to comply with all terms and regulations set forth in this document and agree to be refunded in accordance with the clauses.

PAYMENT: We only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards.
For cash payments with USD, Euro or Mexican Pesos a 5% DISCOUNT will be issued.
